Startup and installation
Our equipment is praised for the ease of use and for clear and concise User’s Manuals. Typically, a new Customer may be able to start operation by themselves just after reading a Quick – Start manual, without even additional consultations or tutorials.
In case however you would like us to visit you and to help with the startup and installation, our personnel will be happy to arrive and to share their experience on-site. (Consultations are free of charge, travel would have to be covered).
Remote consultations and trouble-shooting
We typically respond to any inquiries within one day by e-mail and immediately by phone.
In the case of any technical issues, they would be solved by consulting and / or by shipping spare parts. The necessity to send the equipment for repair happens to be an epochally rare case. And yes, of course, all equipment is covered by a 12 months warranty.
Calibration
Both analyzer and calibrator are calibrated against the primary standard, 99.9999 Suprapur® pure mercury (saturated vapor injections) at the moment of their release from the factory, in accordance with the standard EN15852. Multi-point calibration certificates are provided.
Later on, you can send the analyzer to us for the calibration check anytime. However, it does not seem to be a very practical solution. Better to rely on the calibration device GA-7300 in your everyday work.
The calibrator GA-7300 is famous for its long life and high stability. Still, it is a secondary standard and not the primary one. It is recommended to check its calibration against the primary standard from time to time, about once per year.
The calibrator GA-7300 itself is a very small and lightweight device and it ships easily and inexpensively. We would re-calibrate it, replace the filters and issue a new multi-point calibration certificate for it.
